Take your last look!

Well boys and girls, ladies and gentleman, and Torchlight fans of all ages, the time is nearly here! After over six months of planning, experimentation, and hard work, we are finally finalizing the new website, and should be launching it this weekend if there are no unforeseen problems. Take your last look around the site as it is now, because next week we're going to be running the entire thing from our brand new vBulletin CMS Suite. All your user accounts, forum posts, wiki articles and Torchlight Mods have been successfully transferred, and we are finalizing the final imports and cleanup duty.

I want to thank all the people who have helped to make this possible, and that includes every person who has visited the site over the past year. The money brought in from the advertisements has allowed us not only to pay for the server costs each month, but also spend over $500 (US) to buy software to allow us to do everything we could want.

This won't be the final improvement to the site, and you can expect many more additions even in the following months. More details will be revealed after the switch, so check back later this weekend or on Monday to see what has changed!

On a final note, the forums were locked down earlier today, and you can expect a fair amount of the news articles on the site to disappear as I clean out the posts that have already been imported previously. The more recent stuff will still be here, so you won't miss anything new. See you soon!
