Hi everyone! I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks since I found out about TL, figured I'd say hi since the new site's up. Been a long time gamer, especially of RPGs, and the Diablo games have always held a special place in my heart, so TL's a kind of renaissance for me - all the goodness of Diablo with a complete editor to boot. While I don't have any mods yet, I've got some pretty big plans in store and I look forward to when I can share them with the rest of you guys.

A former Diablo 2 player. And plays some World of Warcraft. (Not that much.)
I did stumble upon Runic Games - Torchlight, and got hooked right away. Awesome to see something new.

In my spare time, i develop sites. And make graphics. Besides that, I'm a journalist and bug-finder/graphic artist on a newly formed, news portal. (Ungnewz.dk - Danish.)

Playing around with TorchED at the moment. And I'm surprised. It's awesome.

Looking forward to see some posts in here, and talk to fellow Torchlight fans.

Welcome suibom! The mod sounds cool, and I'll try it out when I get the time. I honestly haven't have any gaming free time until the site was finished, and now SC2 is out so you can imagine what I've been up to :P Will keep this one on my list of things to try though.

Hello RGF. I seem to fit right into the mold of a lot of the community around here. 36, married 10 years with a couple of girls 6 and 2.

I've been gaming since pong, and my favorite is still the ARPG. I was following Torchlight and picked it up the day it was distributed. I love the game, and can't wait until Torchlight 2 comes out for the additional multi-player experience which is what I was hoping for.

Offline I'm a building automation technician who works in the Washington D.C. Capitol Hill area. I work with programming logic for a living, so messing around with TorchED is good times. I love writing Logic, so I'm having a blast figuring out what TorchEd can do, and how it would look in game. I'm currently working on a new map which is working out nicely. Maybe I'll start a blog showcasing my trials and tribulations with TorchEd.

Hello all. I have been checking out the site for a couple of weeks now and just uploaded my first map. I am glad to meet all of you and wanted to thank Webbstre for providing a great place to meet up and share.

I have been gaming for a long time on console and PC. I especially like anything that includes the engine toolset (like Torchlight). I like level design in particular and have also worked with the Aurora Toolset (Neverwinter Nights) and the Unreal Engine. I have a degree in Computer Art with a concentration in interactive and game design from SCAD and currently work at... an engineering firm? Go figure.

Haha, well don't get your hopes up too high. I graduated in '04 and have been working at an engineering firm since then, so the only game work I have been able to do has been in my spare time. Hopefully it is up to snuff, though.
