As for now only an axe has been shown so we can only wait and see
I'd rather the game not have guns "for the sake of guns". If guns are going to exist in the game, they should belong there.
I'd like to see some unique or uncommon weapon types in the game, like yo-yos and kendamas or even the under-used Slingshot. Maybe even a kusari-gama.
personally, im not a big fan of guns in fantasy rpgs... im a bit of a purist.
If it fits with the lore, why not!
I agree. If there has to be guns they have to fit with the lore. As for any other weapon as well.Originally Posted by TiberiusAudley
I wouldn't mind having guns, there were guns in Mythos and it worked well. As long as bows or crossbows doesn't get underminded, is that the right word?, hmm.
In the event that guns do get into play I would like to see some non-typical kinds of guns. Whatever that might be, steampunk maybe?, then again it would have to fit into the lore aswell.

Yeah, if they are included, then imo either bows and crossbows should not be in the game, or there should be a class that specifically utilises bows rather than gun. Or whatever class has guns should have a separate skill tree for bows or something like that.
Many games that feature both basically make one of the two useless, as the other one overpowers them way too much.
I'd actually love to see something like utilisation of gunpowder instead of actual guns though. This could include things like arrows that explode, small grenade type projectiles made from gun powder (or powder kegs), Chinese style rockets or even traps made from gun powder... Would be a much more interesting direction in my opinion that including something like guns...
