    That’s ok

    But do you actually use a physics engine for Torchlight like Havok, PhysX, ODE,Tokamak, Newton or Bullet?

    I have PhysX on my graphics card as well (8800 GT), but I have to ask - why would you want it to be utilized in a game like Torchlight?

    Well personally I don’t think that you need hardware-accelerated physics, but CPU physics is a nice addition.

    For example Diablo 3 has Havok physics that help with the death animations, death blows and destructible environments...

    We aren't using a physics engine or even attempting to write one - so no rag physics for Torchlight.
