    Custom Skill Won't Level Up

    I made a custom skill, but for some reason it won't level up beyond 1.

    After I level it up once, it won't go past level 1. The skill points are still used though.

    I noticed that level 1-4 Event Triggers are not closed, so that might be the problem because in this situation Level 1 is Level 1-5 because the first Event Trigger doesn't close until level 5. So that might be causing the weirdness on the leveling.
