RGF's Best Mod Contest!

I am happy to finally announce the start of our biggest contest yet:

This is your chance to win a free copy of the game, and some extra Runic Games swag!

All you need to do to enter the contest is create and upload a Torchlight mod to our database, and then wait and see how popular it becomes! The contest will end on December 26, 2009, at which point we will announce the winners.

These are the prizes:

• FIRST PRIZE: A free copy of Runic Games' Torchlight, a special custom title on our forums, and a Runic Games T-Shirt signed by the developers! This goes to the person with the highest rated mod in our database!
• SECOND PRIZE: A free copy of Torchlight, and a special, custom title on our forums. This goes to the person with the second highest mod in our database!
• THE LUCKY LEFTOVER PRIZE: A free copy of Torchlight! This prize goes to one randomly selected person who has registered on the mods database and has voted on mods!

Now you might be saying to yourself "Why would I need a second copy of Torchlight? I'm already playing it!" Well there are plenty of things you can do with a second copy! You can give the extra copy to a good friend or family member, give it to someone as a christmas gift, or simply sell it on the black market to help fund your gaming addiction! Don't forget the other prizes - the T-shirt, the custom titles, and there is always the possibility everyone's favorite "Minister of Culture" at Runic Games will hook us up with some other extra swag to give away. Disclaimer: All mods are subject to the Mod Database Rules, and anyone in violation of those rules will be disqualified. You are allowed to mention your mods on other Torchlight-related gaming forums, but anyone caught spamming will be disqualified. Disqualification will be decided on by a joint decision of all three RGF Staff members. Runic Games Staff are ineligible to win, even if they have the highest ranking mod, unless they are willing to shave all of their body hair above the neck.
