Sets the % chance of proccing a "convert target enemy to your side" effect on newly spawned items to 0.
This does not affect the Charm skill. This does not affect any currently spawned items. You will probably have to refresh your cache in order to prevent the game spawning new items with the normal proc rates.
I have tested it. It does work. If it doesn't, there's something wrong with the installation of the mod - and no, I probably can't figure out what.
