Registration

Kind of a prequel to the rest of the guide, before you can create content you must create an account. Originally our accounts were going to be linked to the forums, but a fatal caching bug removed that option for us. Anyone who logged in with their forum name and password while the option was there can still use the same name and password as before, it just won't sync up anymore. All new users are free to create whatever name they want for the mods database, even if it isn't the same as the name used for the forums or the wikis.

You can still search for and download content without making an account.
