    I Have A Few Questions

    Hello.

    1. How many sockets are the Level 105 Equipments (example: http://torchlight.wikia.com/wiki/Har...Draketalon_Set) able to have?
    Yes, by that I mean have a visit to the Socket Enchanter (Jurick the Socketer).

    2. Are the Skull of Limoany's effect stackables with each other?
    Because, when I inserted each of the skull in every part of the equipments and check the Arcane Statistics it shows that my Damage Reductions is 75%. When I inserted 2 of the skulls in every part of the equipments and check the Arcane Statistics, it'll still shows that my Damage Reductions is 75%.

    BTW, my question look like these...
    All inserted only with Skull of Limoany:
    Helmet = x1
    Chest = x1
    Leggings = x1
    Boots = x1
    Shoulder = x1
    Gloves = x1
    Belt = x1
    Necklace = x1
    Ring = x1
    Ring = x1
    Total Damage Reductions: 75% (Another 25% came from my Equipments)

    All inserted only with Skull of Limoany:
    Helmet = x2
    Chest = x2
    Leggings = x2
    Boots = x2
    Shoulder = x2
    Gloves = x2
    Belt = x2
    Necklace = x2
    Ring = x2
    Ring = x2
    Total Damage Reductions: still 75% (Another 25% came from my Equipments)

    Thanks.

    Re: I Have A Few Questions

    I know there are caps on things like Damage reduction, so once you get over that cap it will stop having an effect. If your tests show that it never goes over 75%, that's probably the limit.

    As for the socket limits, the pictures in the Armory link show one or two in the corner of each item, but I think to be absolutely sure you'd have to open up the data files in GUTS and check manually how many each item can hold.

    - Well, surely the Arcane Statistics visually display the Damage Reductions cap at 75%. But in the game's coding, does the effect go over 75%?

    - I was wondering, if you found a 2 sockets equipment and then visit Jurick the Socketer. Will he add another 2 sockets (make it 4 sockets)? Because, it's written in the Wikia that he can add 2 sockets to your equipments.

    Re: I Have A Few Questions

    The Arcance statistics represent the end result of all the calculations, including the caps built into the code.

    As for that Socketer, I can't remember offhand if the socketers can add sockets to items that already have them, but I think maybe they can, in which case you would probably be able to make it up to 4 sockets. There are no hard limits to sockets in the game, which is why with mods you can increase the number of sockets an item can hold beyond what any naturally occurring items are generated with. I'm not suggesting you go mod your character to get the sockets, just explaining that the only caps on sockets I am aware of are those of how many something can normally spawn with.

    - Okay, thanks for the answer. I just needed the confirmation.

    - Well, I've found and tried this mod (not the extreme version) from your very own website. It seems that, Jurick the Socketer won't add anymore sockets for the Level 105 Equipments (tried it on the 2 sockets type, not sure if it'll add for the 1 socket type). Of course, I'm assuming that mod only spawn the vanilla NPCs at Estherian Enclave right?

    Oooh, I'm honestly not sure on that mod being the best test. The little notice at the top says it was one of our converted mods from before the official editors came out, and there were several patches afterward, so it might not work completely. I couldn't tell you without testing it all myself. I think I'm just going to ask someone at Runic to get a straight answer for you

    I see, yeah I think it's best getting the answer straight from the officials. Let me know once you've received the answer, thanks for your help so far.

    So, umm... the official forum sure takes long to give an answer.

    Yeah, I haven't had luck getting an answer either. I think a bit of modding and testing might be your best bet at this point. You could always make a test character, spawn the item, and have a mod to make that socket enchanter in town to find out what happens.

    Well... sadly, I'm not a modder. So, I won't be getting the answer anytime soon either. If you know an existing mod that spawns a vanilla Socket Enchanter, let me know and I'll test it out. Because the mod I mentioned before, you told me it might not work completely.
